Done deal for Haydock

Done deal for Haydock 07/01/2009 2:36pm

The vastly-improved Will Be Done will have his mettle tested next in the Grade Two J.W.Lees Novices' Chase at Haydock on January 17.

Donald McCain's eight-year-old has won his last three races by an aggregate of 28 lengths, with his rating shooting up from 119 to 143. As a result, he will now have to tackle some of the best novice chasers around with a tilt at the Grade One Powers Gold Cup at Fairyhouse on the agenda.

"He goes to Haydock next weekend for a novice chase worth £35,000," said McCain.
